Austin City Limits Music Festival

The festival was inspired by the TV show Austin City Limits and was founded in 2002. Austin City Limits Music Festival was a one-weekend event until 2013 when it expanded to two weekends. There are eight stages and over 100 performers and the ACL Eats Food Court provides tons of food and beverage options. There's also a mini-fest for kids, Austin Kiddie Limits, which is free to kids 8 and under.
Texas Renaissance Festival

Since 1974, there has been a magical kingdom about an hour north of the Houston area, where guests can step through the gates and enter an enchanted world filled with kings and queens, knights and nobles, fairies and elves, pirates and peasants, and other fanciful delights. Weekends and Thanksgiving Friday.
North Texas Pride Festival

North Texas Pride "Come As You Are" Festival is a family-friendly celebration of pride in diversity. The event includes sponsor/vendor booths, food/beverages, give-a-ways, adult and kid activities, bands, DJ, and dancing. With a portion of the proceeds to be donated to a partnering nonprofit organization. 12:00-5:00pm
Rubber Duck Regatta and Jeep Festival

2026 Mannequin Night – Paris, TX

A one-of-a-kind experience where volunteers pose as living mannequins in beautiful downtown Paris, Texas. Each Mannequin Night is unique. With a new theme every year, the storefronts of Paris’s local businesses transform windows into exciting worlds. 2025 marks the 11th Anniversary. Once a theme has been chosen the website will be updated. Free admission includes live music, food, drinks, sweets, and so much more. 5:30-9:30pm
